Meet Eboni

Eboni Chapman is a passionate educator who believes every child has the right to learn and grow in an environment that is safe, welcoming, and responsive to their individual needs. Guided by a neuroaffirming approach, she celebrates the unique ways each child experiences the world—honouring their differences not as deficits, but as meaningful parts of who they are.

With over 13 years of experience in classroom teaching, literacy support, special education, and learning intervention, Eboni brings a deep understanding of how to meet children where they are. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary/Middle Schooling) and is currently completing her Master of Education (Guidance & Counselling) alongside Play Therapy training to broaden the ways she can support children and families.

Eboni is especially passionate about nurturing each child's inner spark—particularly those whose sparkle may be quieter, bolder, or simply different. Informed by play therapy principles, she trusts in the power of relationship, safety, and play to support emotional expression, regulation, and healing. Above all, she aims to create spaces where children feel seen, accepted, and empowered to be exactly who they are.
