PAZ'S APPROACH
Paz offers a warm, grounded, and developmentally informed approach to supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Her work is integrative and reflective, supporting people to explore emotional patterns, relationship experiences, and the underlying factors contributing to current challenges, while also building practical coping strategies and resilience.
She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where people feel respected, heard, and supported to move at their own pace. Her approach is flexible and responsive, guided by what each person needs in the moment, rather than a one-size-fits-all model of care.
Paz values collaboration and, where appropriate, works alongside families and other professionals to ensure support is holistic, compassionate, and well-coordinated. Her practice is informed by trauma-aware and recovery-oriented principles, with a strong focus on emotional safety and meaningful connection.
With international training and experience across hospital, community, and private practice settings, Paz brings a broad clinical foundation to her work. She has supported individuals navigating a range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, mood-related difficulties, trauma, eating-related concerns, and complex life stressors.
