ANNA ZIGTERMAN

Registered Psychologist

  • ANNA'S APPROACH

Anna brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work, grounded in decades of experience supporting children, young people, families, and adults across educational, community, and clinical settings. She values curiosity, collaboration, and understanding the whole person within their environment.

Her approach is strengths-based and flexible, drawing on a wide range of therapeutic and assessment frameworks to support clarity, insight, and meaningful change. Anna is particularly interested in understanding what sits beneath current challenges and working alongside people to build on existing strengths to support wellbeing and growth.

She integrates a range of counselling and psychological approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused work, and expressive and symbol-based approaches. Her work is guided by a belief that support should be practical, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs and context.

Anna also brings extensive experience in psychological assessment, report writing, and evidence-based group interventions, helping individuals and families gain clarity, direction, and practical strategies to move forward.
