KIMBERLEY MOORE

Mental Health Clinician | Therapeutic Play Practitioner

  • KIMBERLEY'S APPROACH

Kimberley is a gentle and grounded counsellor who believes that everyone is doing the best they can, even in the midst of difficulty. She brings a deep respect for each person’s story and creates a space where people of all ages can feel safe to explore their experiences with curiosity and care.

Her approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming, with a strong focus on emotional safety and connection. Kimberley believes that healing happens when people feel truly seen and accepted, and when they are supported to reconnect with their own inner resources and strengths.

With a background in education and extensive experience working with children and families, Kimberley understands the importance of developmentally appropriate support. Her early experience in the classroom highlighted the power of play as a natural form of expression, connection, and learning, which continues to inform her therapeutic work today.

She works collaboratively, tailoring her approach to each individual and family, and supporting them to move toward greater understanding, regulation, and wellbeing at a pace that feels right for them.
