  • STEFFI'S APPROACH

Steffi is a warm and practical occupational therapist who believes therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real life. She takes the time to understand each person’s needs, routines, and goals, creating a space where support feels achievable and tailored to everyday living.

Her approach is client-centred and strengths-based, focusing on what is meaningful to each person and building strategies that support participation across home, school, work, and community environments. Steffi values clear goals, practical strategies, and a steady, supportive process that helps people feel more confident in their daily lives.

She also works closely with families, carers, educators, and other professionals where appropriate, helping to ensure support is consistent and connected across different settings.
