This two-hour professional development workshop provides educators with practical strategies to build trust and open communication with parents, navigate challenging conversations with empathy, and work together around shared goals for the child.

Participants will explore practical approaches for reducing conflict, strengthening collaboration, and creating greater consistency and emotional safety for children across early learning, kindergarten, and school environments.
